BAY TOPS NORTH BAY HAVEN AT HOME SATURDAY NIGHT
PANAMA CITY, FL. - The Bay boys basketball team just barely got out of North Bay Haven's gym alive.
The Tornadoes beat the Buccaneers 66-61 Saturday night.
"I'm really proud of our guys. It doesn't always go the way you want it to go, we didn't really execute like I would like us, but hey, when you can pull out a victory it's always good," Bay Head Coach Rusty Cook said after the game.
The Tornadoes now have a week of rest before taking on the Rutherford Rams on Tuesday.
"You always wanna peak in February that's the plan so we have been playing much better of late, we just have to take games like this where we struggle a little bit and learn from it and just get better," Cook said.
